New for this year, we've partnered with Latitude Research. Ad Age brought them onboard to help rejuvenate our program and refine our process to incorporate the things that really matter to those employed in the advertising, media and marketing industry. In addition to ranking individual companies, we’ll be able to show you exactly how and where you can advance your workplace to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Wondering if you’re eligible? Any agency, ad tech, media or marketing company based in North America that’s been in business for more than one year and has 15+ full-time employees can enter.

What's Changed?

We have a brand new survey and Ad Age and Latitude have worked hard to create a research design and process that will provide any sized organization – from companies/agencies with just 15 employees or those with 1000+ – an equal opportunity to compete.

The Survey

Ad Age and Latitude have re-designed this year's survey to not only to distinguish the best companies in the industry but also identify the aspects and characteristics in a workplace that matter most. In addition to the employer and employee surveys, to increase participation we will also craft a brief introduction and invitation to participants that will appear on a neutral landing. The results from the employer survey help us  better understand who you are as a company, painting a picture of the demographics of your workforce, the characteristics of your workplace, and those values which distinguish your organization. The employee survey will determine what matters to your employees in the workplace and the degree you as an employer perform on the attributes they care most about.

The Process 

Signing up is easy. Enter via the site and you’ll receive an email with a custom link to your exclusive survey site once payment for your entry is complete. Participating companies will have the opportunity to receive one of three in-depth reports with data and analysis specific to your organization. See our pricing section for the information on our report package options. You don't have to purchase a report to enter, and you can always choose to add a report later on.

All entries are due by September 21st. All surveys must be completed by October 5th, 2018 in order to be eligble for the program.

This year, we are offering three report package options available for purchase in addition to your entry. Remember you are not required to purchase a report to enter the Ad Age Best Places to Work program.
